  • #11 Concept:  Lesson 11 – Ending Syllables 

    Our Concept Story: The consonants were tired of the vowels always controlling the syllables. The letter “l” organized many of the other consonants and offered to create a syllable with one of them plus “l” (of course!) and a silent e. This consonant –le syllable is the Ending Syllable.

    Here is the list of words your child should practice reading and spelling all week for the dictation test that will be given on Friday:
