Writing How To's - Procedural Writing

How To'sProcedural WritingStudents have been writing their "how to" pieces in order to show the world what they are an expert about. Writers then worked on transfering their written piece into an oral presentation / demonstration. This is an excellent way for students to connect their written work to a "real world" opportunity for sharing. Some students have written pieces that support content in other grade levels (such as brushing their teeth or planting bulbs) and will be taking their presentation into these rooms to be cross grade level teachers!Happy Teaching Us How To........Mrs. Tulley
