Enrollment for Grades 1-12

Click Pre-Enrollment to begin the enrollment process for your student. Detailed instructions will be provided along the way on each screen to assist you -- all required documents can be uploaded in the last steps of this process (PDF files preferred). Keep your login information -- it will be needed to make any updates or changes. Best if completed on a computer or laptop -- not recommended to complete it on a mobile phone. Enrollments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian of the student.

- Parents Driver's Licenses
- Completed Immunizations
- Proof of Residency
- IEP or 504 Plan if applicable
- Report Card or Progress Report (1-9)
- Unofficial Transcript (10-12)
Additional forms needed for Grades 9-12:
- Affirmation of Prior Discipline/Services Form (9-12)
- MHSAA Transfer Form (10-12 only)

Things to Know

- Responses to submitted pre-enroll information are not immediate. Your patience is appreciated. Our office staff will reach out via email to confirm the status of your child's enrollment as soon as they are able.
- All elementary, intermediate and middle school buildings are closed mid-June through the beginning of August.
- SOC applications must be approved prior to any enrollment information being reviewed for non-residents.
