    About Scranton PTO

The Scranton PTO coordinates activities and provides volunteers and/or funding for many different fun and educational initiatives.  These include our after school activities, Registration, Honors Night, Year Book Signing, Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation Week, Field Day, Science Olympiad, the WEB program, teacher grants and more.  This year we will also be piloting a Scranton t-shirt sale with a goal to eliminate the need for parent contributions beginning next year.  We also raise funds through partnerships with several local businesses, and ask Scranton families to participate in a handful  local giveback events (Hungry Howie’s, MOD Pizza, Sky Zone and Yo Fresh).   These events can be found on the PTO calendar below.  Starting this year, we will also be partnering with local businesses to provide concessions at all of our home track and field meets to raise money for the PTO.

Please consider getting involved in the PTO!  A big THANK YOU to all of those who have already signed up to get involved.  We have a great team and a lot of FUN, and we do some really great stuff for our kids!  Please email any of the officers if you are interested in volunteering or have questions.  The PTO meeting schedule is below, but you don’t need to attend meetings to join the team.  There are lots of ways to get involved.
